There is nothing like a 55 Chevy Hot Rod! This beautiful car has had a complete new $25k performance drivetrain installed with less than a 1000 miles on it. Under the hood sits a great running High Output 350 with AFR aluminum heads, Steel crank, roller rockers, performance roller cam, Air Gap aluminum intake manifold, 750 CFM Holley Double Pumper carburetor, HEI Ignition, polished Chevrolet Valve covers, polished aluminum core support including radiator and and A/C condenser combo, electric cooling fans, Ceramic coated shortie headers with dual exhaust and power remote activated cutouts before the polished Borla mufflers to make some noise at cars and coffee. Power gets put to the road through a Bowtie Specialties 700R4 Automatic Overdrive transmission with cooler backed by a new Currie 9 inch rear differential with Detroit Trac Loc 4.11 Posi-Traction along with some Caltracs traction bars to help keep the tires on the ground. Brakes are electric front disc and 11 inch rear drum to help out due to the lack of vacuum from the performance engine, the suspension consist of front tubular control arms, dropped spindles, rear leaf springs and lowering blocks for the desired stance. The interior is new as well and finished in a comfortable Tan Leatherette with memory foam padding, high end carpeting, sound and heat deadener throughout, chrome tilt steering column with a 3 spoke black billet steering wheel, center console with cup holders and a Kenwood Stereo unit with Bluetooth connectivity sitting right below a row of Auto Meter gauges for keeping an eye on the important engine stats. Painted in Bright Red with White two tone which never gets old on a 55 Chevy paired with a nice set of staggered Chrome 15 inch 5 Spoke wheels tucked up inside the wheel wells wearing some BF Goodrich T/A radials.
