The Eldorado has a history behind it, from the time it was introduced by Cadillac as its full-size personal luxury car in 1952 until it was replaced by the Cadillac CTS in 2002. Spanning ten generations and coming up through its competitors including the Lincoln Mark series, the Buick Riviera, the Oldsmobile Toronado and the Chrysler Imperial Crown Coupe and always coming out on top.
