For sale is a well maintained 1953 Buick Special with a straight 8 and automatic transmission. It is a Buick Special NOT a Skylark. It was purchased in 1955 and maintained by the same owner until recent days when I acquired it. This car was the pride and joy of the previous owner and was garage kept most of it's life.
It is an older restore but is a solid car with a great interior and it runs and drives like a 1953 Buick should. It was in a fender bender in 2018 as you will see in one of the pics. Sheet metal damage only and it has been sourced and replaced. Back together now and ready for some new hood paint or to be an awesome and clean rat rod.
Recently replaced the 6V battery, all new wide whites, gas tank, gas lines, brake lines. Carb and fuel pump flushed out and inline filters installed. I have all the hub caps but it looks cooler without them. Comes with an additional straight 8 motor, a standard transmission(this is an automatic car though), and loads of other spare parts that were accumulated over the years for donors. Not a perfect car but well worth the money and well taken care of.
$14,500.00 OBO. Not planning on giving the car away as it costs me nothing to keep it. No tire kickers or joy riders please. If it is listed it is still for sale and I will not respond to "is it still for sale". Sale will be cash only and will be sold as is since it is an old car. 724-244-seven97four for any questions or to see it.
