For sale 1970 Buick Gran Sport Stage 1. 1 of 48 made. Bench seat, 4 speed transmission. Seller owned since 1981. Frame off restoration in 1987 and a refresh in 2007. Always heated garage kept. Numbers matching engine.
SPECS: Original 455 engine 10.25; 1 compression, stock rods shot peened arp bolts, steel head gaskets, oil mods done to block, balanced and blueprinted. Kenne-bell 107/118 cam. Stock valve train. TA valve springs, pc seals, double roller timing chain. Heads are stage 1 with mild pocket porting. Edelbrock b4b intake, stock exhaust manifolds. Mandrel bent 2 1/2 inch exhaust with Dynomax mufflers. Numbers q-jet carb, has HEI distributor but does have correct points dist too. Has 11 inch centerforce clutch, Muncie M21 transmission. 12 bolt posi rear end, new brute strength posi, 3.55 gear. TMZ adjustable upper/lower control arms. Air bags in both rear springs. Newer Gabreil shocks. New BFG TA radials on 15x7 Buick road wheels. Interior has new front seat covered, door panels, carpet from year one. Wayne Roberts GS Historic Society documentation. This car is the real deal, drives great, looks great. Paint is basecoat clearcoat. More photos are available upon request. Was painted in 2007 red with GSX stripes.
