1975 Bricklin SV1 

I am offering my 1975 Bricklin SV-1. It is an original with no modification except the Terry Tanner window compressor unit and window regulator modification. If you are looking for a unmolested Bricklin this car will fit the bill. The body condition is good with typical Brickling minor cracks in the T top. The gull wing doors and lights operate very well. The Windsor Ford engine is strong and really moves the car well. The transmission is solid and responsive. The breaks are firm. There are no oil leaks and the muffler is a glass pack I had put on. This car is a head turner. I bought this car in Austin, Texas several years ago. It was sold at the factory in Canada to a farmer for his son. The car was put up for sale when the son violated his father's alcohol rules. The gentleman I purchased the car from worked at the Bricklin Factory and knew the car. He purchased it with 1000 miles on the odometer. In 1991 he moved to Austin, Texas. That was the last year the car was licensed until I bought it. The car was stored in a warehouse but excersizes regularly from 1991 till I purchased it in 2006. I drove the car from Austin without a wimper. I have maintained the car and kept it in my livery with my collection for the past few years and have driven it about 900 miles. I love the car but age is limiting my car activity. The interior is solid and clean but the carpets are faded. The tach works but is way off. All the other gauges work as does the radio. The full set of keys come with it including the hard to find antenna key. The flip clock is not working. The tires are factory original so they should be replaced. I will ship anywhere at the buyers expense. I am not offering any warrant or garuntees because of the cars age. The car is available for personal inspection by appointment only.
