1972 AMC Javelin AMX

1972 AMC Javelin AMX. A rather rare car to find on the road these days! It has been a daily driver for years and has had a lot of work done to it so far... It needs more work, but it still looks pretty good going down the road.

3 speed automatic transmission, factory air conditioning (mostly rebuilt, but still needs a little more work... seems to be leaking freon) and factory cruise control (not currently working, but we have all the hardware for it).

-Newer 360 v8 engine NOT ORIGINAL - It was installed in June of '04, and has approx. 13,000 miles on it
-Edelbrock Performer Carb & Manifold
-Comp Camshaft
-Rebuilt Distributor
-9:1 pistons
-Disc brakes (new master cylinder)
-Aftermarket AM/FM/CD player with remote control, installed under dash

The car runs well, and like I said, has been used as a daily driver.

Now for what it NEEDS:
-New exaust system
-New interior
-Body work - There is significant rust coming through the rear quarter panels
-Front end work - doesn't want to stay alligned, and the sway bar bracket needs repaired.

A great project car for someone to finish.
